With a continued emphasis on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, we are proud to welcome you to enjoy an all new summer-inspired menu.  The latest additions boast refreshing takes on some of your favorite classics and more innovative culinary creations, all with Chef Jason’s signature twist, of course!  Among an exciting array of new seafood selections, standouts include Tuna Tartar with Avocado, Preserved Relish, Harissa Orange Mignonette to start, as well as the Scottish Salmon Aux Lentilles Entree with King Salmon, Beluga Lentils, Fennel, Tomato, Rainbow Chard & Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette.   For a heartier entree, go for the Grilled Chicken Lemon Basil Pesto Risotto with Ricotta Cheese, Lemon Zest, Sundried Tomato & Coddled Egg or the decadent Pot-Au-Feu, a 6-hour Braised Brisket with Potato & Spring Vegetable Fricassee in a Natural Jus.
