In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we can’t help but express our utmost gratitude to all of our patrons for their continued support and inspiration.  We truly look forward to making the holidays special for you and your loved ones.  Reservations are filling up for our Thanksgiving Day celebration, so parties are encouraged to book now.  Chef Jason has unveiled a traditional Thanksgiving menu of epic proportions, to compliment your very own Turkey, carved table-side!  With a spread like this there’s bound to be leftovers, so don’t worry, we’re packing up all the tasty excess for those much-anticipated stuffed-to-the-brims turkey sandwiches!  Go to Open Table and the entire holiday will be planned faster than you can say Happy Thanksgiving!

Can’t wait til Thanksgiving?  Get into the holiday spirit with the return of our nationally acclaimed “Yinzer Turkey Dinner Pierogi” available the entire month of November!  Last year this featured pierogi made BonAppetit.com’s list of “wacky” Thanksgiving dishes.   The festive dish starts with hand-rolled apple-sage turkey kielbasa on a plush bed of pierogies filled with apple and sausage stuffing, then smothered in rich gravy.  All the irresistible goodness of Thanksgiving in every bite!

November also brings us to some of the community’s best culinary celebrations for a cause.   We are honored to once again be part of this year’s “Chefs Create – Fill Your Plate for 1 in 88” an extraordinary evening on November 13th to benefit the incredible efforts of the Autism Speaks foundation.  Chef Jason has teamed up with a very special boy to create a dish that celebrates his favorite foods – chicken fingers and fries. This year we have been recognized again by Pittsburgh’s Whirl Magazine to participate in their Chef’s Best Dish event on November 18th, honoring Pittsburgh’s top chefs.  Chef Jason will join fellow culinary greats in a cutting edge tasting competition!   A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.  Purchase your tickets here and you can try his famous Candied Pork Chop dish and vote for the fave of the night!  Bring all your foodie friends…and your appetite, of course!
