We’re so excited to introduce our new executive chef, Nicholas Saxon!  Chef Nicholas brings 19 years of experience the hospitality industry to the Braddock’s team, having worked at esteemed hotels and restaurants throughout Pennsylvania. Under his direction, be on the lookout for exciting new menu additions and weekly specials in the coming months. Chef Nicholas’ culinary philosophy is rooted in food that is thoughtfully sourced and locally grown – he looks forward to expanding on Braddock’s existing relationships with area farmers and honing in on the farm-to-table experience.
