Nothing says summer like a good ole peach cobbler!  August’s pierogi boasts sweet summery bites of decadent peach cobbler filled, deep-fried pierogies topped with mascarpone whipped cream, cinnamon ice cream & warm bourbon caramel drizzle.  Putting the PIE in Pierogi never tasted so good.
