We also just debuted a new barrel from our Barrel-Aged Whiskey Program. It is Angel’s Envy bourbon and High West double rye blended with aged cherry bitters. A bourbon drinkers bourbon, it’s heat and peppery at first, then smooths out into vanilla and oak. It makes a great Manhattan or Sazerac.
