Whiskey & Brew Dinner

You’re invited to our Summer Kick-Off Whiskey & Brew Dinner!  We’re thrilled to welcome beer lovers and whiskey enthusiasts to indulge in an exclusive 6-course dinner with each course perfectly paired with a Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey spirit or an Anderson Valley brew on Thursday, June 22^nd from 6PM to 8PM.

 

In-between each course, Braddock’s Executive Chef Chuck Ney, as well as knowledgeable representatives from Wild Turkey and Anderson Valley Brewing, will discuss the inspiration behind each pairing and how each spirit and beer complements the ingredients within the course.

The evening’s prix fixe menu will include the following:

1^st Course –   Bourbon Barrel Braised Onion & Thyme Tart / Wild Turkey Rye

2^nd Course – Goat Cheese & Fresh Herb Soufflé / Briney Melon Gose

3^rd Course –   Huge Arker Braised Short Ribs, Smashed Yukon’s, Grilled Asparagus, Imperial Stout Pan Sauce / Wild Turkey Single Barrel Cocktail

4^th Course – Spicy Grilled Scallops, Mexican Corn Salad / Eetah IPA

5^th Course – Espresso & Chocolate Cured Pork Belly, Cheddar Grits, Wild Turkey Maple Sauce / Bourbon Barrel Stout

6^th Course – Russell Reserve White Chocolate Parfait / Russell Reserve Bourbon
