February Heats Up At Braddock’s

February officially heats up on Saturday, February 8th, with Braddock’s participation at the inaugural eat.drink.PITTSBURGH event at the Wyndham Grand, downtown.  The event, hosted by CBS Radio, will become a veritable culinary mecca as connoisseurs and novices alike seek to experience some of the region’s best food and drink.  Chef Jason will be tantalizing taste buds with his signature Confit Chicken Wings, an elegant twist on the American classic.  Nothing like a little competition to ignite Chef’s creativity – guests will be asked to rate their favorite fare.  A portion of the proceeds from eat.drink.PITTSBURGH will benefit Pirate Charities.
